Delivery Details


  1. Delivery charges applicable for your order will be indicated at checkout.
  2. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners within the next working day from the date of purchase.
  3. Cash on Delivery (COD);
    • Available for orders up to a maximum order value of LKR 10,000/-.
    • Only cash in LKR is accepted. Card payments or foreign currency will not be accepted
    • Store credit, vouchers and gift cards will not be accepted.
  4. Delivery Times
    • Within Western Province: within 2-3 working days from date of purchase.
    • Outside Western Province: within 2-5 working days from date of purchase.
  5. Express Delivery: If you require express delivery of your order, please get in touch with our dedicated customer care team before making your purchase.
  6. Correct delivery Information: It's important to provide accurate delivery details during the checkout process. If any information is entered incorrectly, please contact our customer care service within 24 hours of placing the order to rectify the details before we dispatch your order.


  1. Shipping
    1. We exclusively use DHL/FedEx for international shipping. The cost will vary depending on the weight of the product and location of delivery.
    2. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders. We however accept payments via credit card, Payoneer and Mint.
    3. Please note that shipping charges specified do not include any import taxes or customs duties. As the recipient, the customer is required to settle any applicable taxes and duties upon the receipt of the order. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to the regulations and requirements of your respective country.
    4. ) International deliveries will be completed within a timeframe of 1-21 days, depending on the specific region.
    5. ) Tracking information for the package will be provided for all international orders to ensure transparency throughout the delivery process.
    6. ) Failure to accept the order upon delivery will result in the ordered product being subject to disposal or destruction and is non-refundable. We kindly request customers to carefully consider and confirm their orders to avoid any inconvenience or unnecessary loss.

    1. Our general return and exchange policy applies for international orders as well.
